What's in a steak bundle?+
Each $350 bundle is 12 lb of steaks you choose from: ribeyes, New York strips, Kansas City strips, sirloin, bavette, flank, and — when available — hanger, skirt and flat iron.
How is the beef raised?+
Our Wagyu is raised on a forage-based diet and the beef is aged 21 days for flavor and tenderness.
How much is a half or whole beef?+
$7.00 per lb plus processing, for approximately $12 per lb total. A half beef is available in June.
